Shipping

We use Couriers Please or Australia Post for all domestic and international orders.

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide.

All orders placed are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of the order excluding public holidays and weekends. 

Please note shipping times may be longer during peak and holiday periods.

Express shipping is available on all orders and the cost will be calculated at checkout.

International shipping is available and the cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.

The request for a change of Address must be made as soon as possible and within a 24-hour period of purchase via email at hello@itssonny.co with the order number and change of Address in the subject line. We will do our best to rectify this and send it to the new address provided but we can’t guarantee a request to be made if the shipment is in progress.

SONNY is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transport.

Returns

Damage or faulty products.

It is important to us for you to receive your order on time and in excellent condition as we know it is just as important to you. Please get in touch with hello@itssonny.co and a customer care team member will get in contact with you asap. For any enquires or concerns you have regarding shipping or damaged products we will do absolutely everything possible to ensure quality and care is taken for you to receive your item quickly and in excellent condition.

If items received are either damaged or faulty please contact via email within 24 hours of opening the package to hello@itssonny.co with the order number and damaged or faulty in the subject line, please add any photos of damage or fault and attach them to the email and we will then verify whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will attempt to process your request as quickly and hassle-free as possible. All items must be returned in their original condition received and packaging. SONNY will not refund or return any items that have been used.

Please note that SONNY does not offer or accept returns or refunds for change of mind including satisfaction of item as the scent may differ depending on individual skin when applied.
